As the owner of TVL Consulting Ltd., Tom draws from over 30 years of contracting experience and 20 years of residential and commercial property inspection experience to provide a firm foundation for his CRP designation. As a Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) with the Real Estate Institute of Canada, Tom and his team of professionals provide an integrated approach to completing Functional Reserve Fund Studies for Condominium Corporations; to assist them with ensuring their long term capital needs will be met. 

Tom feels educating condo boards about this important step in condo governance is paramount; as such he is available to meet with the boards to discuss the is and outs of a Functional Reserve Fund Study. 

Tom's experience owning and operating the largest home inspection franchise in Manitoba provides him with the experience and acumen to take care of the client. This has served both him and his clients well over the years; and continues to do so as the local Functional Reserve Fund Study resource.
